Words From Zak Brown:
Dear Friends of the IMRRC,
2026 marks the 28th anniversary of the International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC), a library and archive dedicated to the sport we are all incredibly passionate about. What began as a small space in the public library has grown into an extraordinary and treasured collection.
For McLaren Racing, 2025 was a landmark season. For the first time since 1998, we clinched both the Formula One Drivers’ and Constructors’ World Championships. A truly pivotal milestone in our ongoing quest to compete at the pinnacle of motorsport, made possible by the absolute focus and incredible team spirit of the men and women at McLaren Racing.
As a passionate collector of sports memorabilia and historic cars, preserving and sharing the history of the sport is something I care deeply about. The IMRRC’s work ensures access to information for generations to come. Their reputation in this space is second to none; they are true experts in their field.
Based in Watkins Glen, NY, the birthplace of American road racing and home to the longest running Formula One race in U.S. History, the IMRRC relies on the generosity of those who value motorsports history and support its preservation for future generations.
Please join me in supporting this worthy endeavor.
On behalf of the IMRRC,
Zak Brown
CEO, McLaren Racing
