Meridith Croucher, chairman of the Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally, has chosen the IMRRC as the caretaker for the organizational files for the annual rally along the challenging forest roads around Wellsboro, PA.

Argetsinger, IMRRC president, said. “One of our friends called the XSE a ‘four-door with attitude.’ We definitely think the description fits.”

In an evening filled with tributes and taunts, Richard Petty was honored on Thursday, Aug. 6, with the Cameron R. Argetsinger Award for his contributions to racing.

Smithfield Foods, the primary sponsor of Richard Petty Motorsports' legendary No. 43 Ford in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, has joined industry stalwarts honoring Richard Petty next month in Watkins Glen. 

Michael R. Argetsinger, a founder of the International Motor Racing Research Center and an award-winning motorsports author, died July 7 at his home in Chicago.
