Posters for races and exhibitions promote the events with stunning art work and remarkable graphic design. These examples, donated by Ron Alen in 2020, are part of the larger gift of 28 original contemporary posters he collected on his travels to international races, automobile art expos, and classic car shows. Dating from 2013 to 2020, the posters capture the excitement of European races at Monaco, Mille Miglia and Le Mans and classic styles featured exhibitions at Paris and Essen. They also depict events on other continents with advertisements for Albert Park in Melbourne and the 6 Hour race at Shanghai.
