SILENT AUCTION OPEN FOR BIDS – NOW UNTIL SEPTEMBER 4TH

In connection with the 11th Annual Argetsinger Award Gala, presented by the International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC) and Sahlen’s, you are invited to place bids on 29 Select Silent Auction Items.

The auction is a major fundraising effort supporting the event and IMRRC.

Bidding is open now until Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6:30 PM. Items ranging from signed racing prints by Brian Redman, posters and books, to model cars, Jeroboam signed by Zak Brown, and a four-night stay in an ocean view townhome in Delray Beach, FL, along with other racing memorabilia. Check out the items here.

The gala, a flagship event for IMRRC annually, will honor Brian Redman with the Cameron R. Argetsinger Award for Outstanding Contributions to Motorsports. The event is held in advance of the SVRA 2025 Mission Foods Watkins Glen Speedtour, September 5-7, at Watkins Glen International, and the Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival on September 5.

The award memorializes Cameron R. Argetsinger, founder and organizer of the first races at Watkins Glen more than 70 years ago. It was established to honor a person who is recognized universally for having advanced and improved the sport, who brings prestige to motorsports and who demonstrates commitment to the future of racing.

Previous recipients have included Chip Ganassi, Roger Penske, Mario Andretti, Richard Petty, the France Family, Bobby Rahal, Lyn St. James, Mike Helton, Richard Childress and Zak Brown.

This year’s event is sold out. Next year’s event date will be announced soon. Thank you for supporting IMRRC and the Silent Auction.
